"We’ve had a lovely time at the hotel. The hotel is located in the Old Town and perfect location on the edge of the lake. We chose a double aspect balcony room. Our room was in the main hotel building. The room was a little dated but very clean. Shower was powerful and bathroom had bidet. The spa and pool are situated across the courtyard and unfortunately there is a very strong smell of sulphur as you walk through to the pool. The service in the bar was pretty much non existent, so we chose to...

"Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Mängel die ich beanstandet habe, zb ein kaputter Duschschlauch, wurden umgehend behoben. Das Frühstück ist zwar reichhaltig, hier würde ich mir am warmen buffet aber mehr Auswahl wünschen. Pilze oder Bohnen.. oder omlett das Einzelzimmer war zwar klein aber hatte dennoch ein Doppelbett. Die Poolbereiche sind gepflegt. Im ganzen ein gelungener Aufenthalt. "

"This the best property in Bellagio! The rooms are modern and spotless, the restaurants are excellent, the pool is refreshing but the best quality of the hotel is their amazing staff. They are a great team dedicated to making your stay perfect. I emailed questions and they were responsive and helpful in advance and also after arrival. Even shop owners in town said they consistently hear the Belvedere should be rated 5 stars. My only advice is there is no transportation in the town (taxi or uber)...
