"Wanted to treat my wife to a wonderful Valentine's Day, so Booked a very expensive king bed room at the Empress. It turned out to be a Gold Room, so we had access to the Gold Longe and Terrace. Service in the Gold Longe was wonderful. Best experience we have ever had. Was worth the extra expense. The staff was wonderful and very helpful."

"I was greeted in a courteous and professional manner. I had a kitten with me and that wasn't a problem. My room turned out to be a suite - with a living room, small well outfitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (with a rain shower). The staff were amazing. I had a problem with my wayward kitten and between the maintenance staff and housekeeping staff we managed to get her into her carrier. "
