"We came to an event at the hotel: arrived early to get ready in our room, stayed overnight and enjoyed the buffet breakfast before heading home. Staff on reception were so lovely; always attentive and ready to help. The room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The breakfast in the morning was good - pretty standard buffet breakfast - but the area didn’t seem to be very well stocked...

I booked this hotel on the basis it had a swimming pool and spa and the photo of the hotel is a photo of the pool, so I assumed as a customer I would have use of the pool for the duration of my stay, but apparently not. "Hotel was great but downside was a few things. First of all paying for parking in the hotels own car park. Secondly electronic check in not good. You expect that at low budget hotels not this one. Thirdly no information in rooms about breakfast times or even how to speak with receptionist. Finally at breakfast only one member of staff on duty who did not seem interested in clients. "
