"very tired hotel - they are currently doing works in the lobby which looks to be a lick of paint and tiling. the rooms are really tired though, with no temperature control and no ability to open windows - cue awful night's sleep due to the room being very stuffy. can tell it was once a lovely hotel with good amenities when it was built, but everything is very shabby now and the new Radisson around the corner shows it up"

"I paid a bit extra for the Privilege room and it was well worth it, I had a massive bed, a little table with a couple of armchairs, and a mini-fridge!
