"We have stayed at this hotel for 3 consecutive years since it opened. The hotel is beautiful but this year we noticed the rooms were already showing wear (we stayed in 408) . Humidity is no doubt causing problems, caulking needs to be redone, furniture marked, etc. There has been considerable personnel turnover & pool & front desk staff either have no English or didn’t understand things well.
