"We were very impressed with Riu Emerald Bay, the hotel was clean, staff were very good and the food and food options were excellent. The only comment I would make is that the housekeeping staff did not replenish our suite coffee and condiments daily, or bottled water. Had to contact the front desk and get those items replenished. Not sure why this is?"

"Excelente experiencia, trato y cuidado. Fue un viaje familiar con mi esposo y 2 hijas, excelente descanso, nos trataron a la altura, meseros y personal atentos (lo normal) Hotel bonito, sus espacios muy cuidados, restaurantes surtidos y opciones para todo tipo de paladar, creo que nos falto aprovechar mas el todo incluido pero regresamos con ganas de volver pronto, quiero hacer mencion del mesero Sr. Mario quien nos atendio el martes"

"Me gusto la atención al hacer el check in, la atención de los meseros en restaurante, el menú muy rico aunque no cambiaron mucho los platillos durante la semana, todo fresco y de calidad. En la limpieza de nuestra habitación no todo bien, no lavaron la ducha dos días y un día no habian hecho la limpieza hasta que lo solicitanos. La alberca fría y un día también el jacuzzu avisamos, dijeron lo iban a resolver y nunca lo hicieron "
