"It was a very average room( fair sized ) on top floor overlooking the bins etc at the back of the hotel. Regret no plugs or phone charger socket near bed . Bedding ok and heating fine . Old bathroom with paint coming off bottom of the doorframe. Expensive and did not include breakfast . Wouldnt stay again ."

"Plenty of parking. Nice to have pool and spa facilities. Staff all very helpful at reception and in the restaurant. Food excellent both dinner and breakfast. Evening entertainment was great too involving all those who were there enjoying it."

"The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mould it was room 37 the draft from the old windows was dreadful, rooms tiny but worst thing the walls were paper thin could here next door cough , snore and the voices , the bed my god had more lumps in it than porridge, check in wa 4 o’clock even premier inns are 3 pm and I offered to pay extra as we were there 2 hrs early as we had travelled hundreds of miles and they said no , we left at 8am next morning with out breakfast so for 16 hrs it cost £157...

"Nice property , clean and well maintained. Easy and swift check in.
The advertising of the hotel focused a lot on the gym , Golf, Spa and swimming pool facilities, and I was a little annoyed to find out on reading the small print ( after we had booked) that there was a £15 per person charge to use the pool.
We felt that this should be pointed out more prominently as the pool and Spa was one of the main reasons for booking."

"Clean tidy rooms in the town centre , has aspa and bar , very good breakfast with good choice ,helpful staff, no evening meals served .
Large airy room with shower ensuite.
Would book again.
One gripe was the room has no coat hooks or shelves only small cupboard with a few hangers so most items like coats etc laid on the floor , also no place to hang your towels after your shower, minor thing but important if you have wet coats etc."
