The staff were outstanding…friendly, gracious and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and in good condition. Shower water pressure was the best I’ve experienced in a long time and lots of hot water. Free parking. The views are stunning. Hotel isn’t new and needs some TLC. We had one meal in the restaurant and it was great. Location was perfect for the day trips we took around the area. Would certainly recommend.
Pro: location/views, staff, lots of common area, restaurant ok. The first room we got was bad, the second room was more spacious.
Con: the hotel needs a good refreshment, would not take a major investment. Good cleaning, a fresh paint everywhere. This could get the moisture smell out of the place. At the price they charge, they have the money to do it.

Easy parking, right on the loch. Nice quiet hotel, a little dated however served its purpose for our 2 night stay near Fort William. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, food at the restaurant at the hotel was very nice and worth going for dinner. Highlight of our stay was the wide windows and views of the loch from our room. No e car charger on site however nearest one was 10min drive away at Ballachulish. Location wise it is excellent - near Glencoe and Glen Etive. Would gladly stay here again
Downside - no lifts in the hotel but thankfully we packed light so it was not a problem for us.
Room smelled moldy, there were multiple carpet stains - from water maybe? bathroom did not appear clean, towels were thread bare, twin beds were not comfortable
but staff was kind and helpful!

For a hotel with an amazing view our room looked out over the back of the property and of the garbage. Our reservation didn’t include dinner or breakfast but the restaurant menu looked just average. The bed was smaller than expected and only one pillow per person. The room was okay for the price but I wish we had stayed somewhere else and paid more.
Lovely hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable with great views of the loch. Food in the restaurant was excellent, would recommend!
Nice rooms with view of the loch. Good breakfast. The staff is very helpful. The food is good.

Very good location and beautiful vue to the lack. Breakfast is very, very basic . Big downside, time for breakfast (from 8 to 9) which is quite inconvenient if you are relaxing on holidays, and specially when there are no other places close by. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Pulling up and parking at the property was probably a good indication of what to expect. It was very untidy in this area. Reception was good but our room was not what I expected. It was very disappointing and I made this known to the Manager at Reception. He advised this was the room that I booked but I would not have booked a room like this. It was shabby but he had nothing else
The view of the Loch from the room was beautiful. The hotel was in need of serious updates. No elevator and had to drag suitcases up 3 flights of stairs without help. Staff was not very friendly.
The price does not aling with the hotrl.
Overall, Dirty, run-down, smells like mould, the incense burning in the common area helps reduce the smell but made our clothing smell like incense. It was priced as a 5 star hotel, but its a one star.
The staff are friendly.
I paid £205.00 for a room with a view. We got the view however the hotel was quite disgusting. Upon arrival you see a scruffy mobile home on concrete blocks and on the other side of the hotel it looks like a self build shed in a very bad state of disrepair. The hotel is so run down with repairs needed and filth everywhere. Our bathroom had a large jacuzzi bath but none of us would get in it and the jacuzzi did not work. The toilet was dreadful and the toilet controls bodged. We had dinner in the restaurant with a lovely view. However on the window sill was two large dead meat flies right in front of us. I covered them with a napkin. This seemed to be the theme throughout the hotel. On a positive my vegetable lasagne was very nice, along with the mussels. The food was served nice and hot and the wine was chilled.
We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.
We had evening dinner which was very nice.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was clean but just needs a good update, which is a shame as the hotel was a great stop off for us.
The bathroom door was very small to get through and the bed was a small double.
All in all a good stay.

The property is set in a stunning location. Our room left a little to be desired though. Described as a compact twin room it was really that. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom acceptable. We were disappointed with the overall feel of the room. Wallpaper was peeling on the walls, the TV was crooked and just about holding on to it's wall hanging. For GBP100 we felt it was not value for money.
