The location is fantastic, would definitely go back to Kyle. Just a shame that the Balmacara Hotel is such a let-down, would definitely NOT stay there again. It looks good but doesn't live up to expectations.

"The staff made a real effort with us and our young son. They were really friendly, welcoming and informative. The hotel was in lovely condition, freshly decorated, nice attention to detail. Anything we needed they provided with efficiency and a smile. It was a real pleasure to stay there and we would have liked to stay longer."
