"I would not stay in this Hotel. The property is just awful, very very dirty, just disgusting, needs updated. The room had stains, smelled really bad. Changed rooms and again smelled even worse, stains in front of the door. My husband and I just couldn't do it. The receptionist was so sweet and tried changing us rooms again, but just the feeling of the place and the lobby just wasn't doing it for us, so we left and didn't stay. "DON'T BOOK HERE! We stayed one night to see Niagara Falls as we traveled home at the end of a vacation. The exterior of the property was dirty and it just got worse once we checked in. Staff at the front desk didn't greet us upon arrival and we were unexpectedly charged for parking. Our room was on the third floor. "I have stayed here before but this past time the room phone did not work. It smelled like a cat was in the room prior. The bathroom for sure had the litter box. Smelled horrible like cat piss. Only scalding hot water came out. Could not shower. Do not park across the street in that lot. Complete rip off. It's only for 12 hours. The machine did not work. Used the app and my second payment did not go through and I got a boot on my vehicle."
