"All the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was great, I didn't fully understand the heating and ventilation but that was down to me. the beach view from the dining room was excellent and the local walks in and around South Sands were great. "Room was clean, staff very good, food was great, only issue was I choose a hotel with on site disabled parking and there was none, managed to park on road but at busier times it wound be a struggle, also the lift could only be used by one person at a time and the lift was incredibly slow, the description on your site needs updating with regards to parking, but we had a very enjoyable experience.
