"The apartment is conveniently located about 10–15 minutes from KLCC, which is ideal. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we found there were no towels, no hand wash, and no hot water. There’s no phone to contact management directly, so everything has to be done through a QR code and WhatsApp.
I checked in late and there was no Mana Mana representative at reception – another management company’s staff tried to assist but couldn’t answer any of our questions. We...
