"I recently went to New York Comic Con for 2025 and stayed at this location. The staff was so helpful, holding our bags for us before check in and even after check out so that we could still enjoy the con without lugging our suitcases around. The hotel is literally a 10min walk to the Javits Center, so it's super convenient. And there are shops and restaurants nearby. "

"I loved the hotel, it was very clean & staff were warm/friendly BUT the noise was so bad I did not sleep. There was construction/street noise all night. I would not recommend sleeping in a room that’s on the street side. Very disappointing. And also the hotel did not have an open bar. It was closed. "
