"Beautiful hot tub area, spacious, clean 1 bedroom suite, friendly, helpful staff. Daily maid service was appreciated. Chili’s restaurant on site was good with very friendly servers. My only complaint is the thin bedding/comforters, and the slightly firm/uncomfortable beds. I did not sleep very well. "

"This property is in a great location with lots of amenities within walking distance. Underground parking available for a small fee. The entire hotel is being renovated so there is construction taking place but it did not take away from the service or peaceful laid back atmosphere. We used the pool and steam room which were also very clean and well maintained. The spa was also wonderful. I had a massage and it was the perfect end to my stay. Highly recommend."

"We had the best stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge. The staff were helpful, kind and welcoming. The breakfast included in the stay had lots of options including gluten free! "Overall our stay was great but there were a few things I had an issue with. The fan upstairs was SO loud and there wasn’t an option to turn it off. Also, the beds were great but the (sleeping) pillows in the loft were like couch cushions - square and so hard. That being said, the person checking us in was awesome and our room was super clean."

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub is a nice addition but not quite hot enough The free shuttle to town is a definite plus. Only negative is the dinner menu…. Plates to share and expensive considering the food quality. I would have loved some fresh organic options on the menu. The Banff townsite is not far away though. I do live the feeling of being nestled in the mountains. I will go back again"
