"Room was clean but it looked very worn,especially around the lobby area.
Chairs,benches are old and very worn.
Place can use a make over, it suppose to be smoke free and I could smell the Marijuana stinch in the hallway. The room phone didn't work, so you couldn't communicate with the front desk. The airport shuttle service was dependable."

"In all of my travels all over the world this has got to be the single worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Quite regrettably I rebooked because I had to stay longer in Seattle. HUGE mistake. In 11 days, my room has had housekeeping in only once, no clean towels, no change of bed linen, and the absolute WORST member of staff Morgan, whose solution was to shout at me, demanding to know if I want to check out tonight, and mind you, it’s 9:00 pm. "Had to switch rooms. Entry door wouldn’t shut tight and the wood face was peeling away. No hot water in the shower. Other people staying, appeared to be living there (this is not an extended stay hotel). I would not recommend this place. "
