"Got to the property they let me know the Res had been canceled but I had been charged for a previous day said to call Expedia they authorized a refund, the room had trippeled in price so we decided to stay elsewhere"

"The room had everything we needed except space to move around. Our room was very tiny, and we had only enough room to narrowly move around the bed. It was fine for overnight and if you were mostly going to be out. I would not want this room if i were wanting to spend time in the room."

"Staff was excellent while dealing with a very busy hotel. We had a broken ironing board and they replaced it in minutes after calling the front desk. They helped me with parking and lots of questions! The room was super clean and comfortable for 3 of us."

"I like the place for its location being close to Pike place & the staffs are helpful. Things I didn’t like first the noise because it is so close to the bar in fact they have one at the lobby. Second the room has no AC, it was hot while sleeping, didn’t get much sleep not having AC & the loud noise. Third is there is no proper shower head in the shower room so water is blasting that it was a little painful when it hits the body also no shelf to put your shampoo & soap or body wash anywhere....

"It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process. "The location is perfect Downtown within walking distance to attractions. The building is old and could use updating but less expensive. The room was clean with a comfortable bed."

"Good location, rooms are a little dated but not a big deal. Rooms have AC as well as a TV but not a smart TV. Staff are all very kind and helpful. No parking included, but there are plenty of parking garages nearby, as well as valet parking for $45 a night."

"Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location."
