"Everything went really good except when my son needed a crib, it took about two hours to get it. When we asked to have our room clean, it was not done completely (towels & pillow case & sheet was missing for the sofa bed). "

"Bianca, the receptionist was excellent, so nice and sweet and we were upgraded without even asking. She also asked if we wanted the city side or the courtyard view. The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. "The staff were bery friendly and accommodating and the property was well kept, however by the 4th to 6th breakfast it was becoming very bland … maybe some real eggs or bennies or poached or boiled…also some berries or fruit salad and maybe milk would have been nice to have with the porridge. 😊"

"This place was clean some staffs were friendly but the lady I check in with wasn’t . I asked her how does the ac or heater works he told me to read the instructions on the wall after I entered the room and the light didn’t turn on , I couldn’t see anything at first so I have to go back to the room and use my phone to read the instruction on the mirror . The guess were loud in lobby so it was hard to sleep in and the noise was loud that my coworkers in the zoom could tell I was in a hotel room ....

"I’d like to write something bad to ensure that I always can get a room here … but I won’t. The rooms are so unique and the bathroom was huge. The free breakfast was perfect and had something for everyone. We arrived past midnight and the overnight staff was super friendly. They have free bottles of water and a water refill station too. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the baseball a football stadium AND 15 minutes (in the opposite direction) to the famous Pike Place market. Plenty of places...

"Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazingly soft. The hotel provided us with 2 amazing robes. The gas fireplace made our room feel cozy and romantic. Our city view room was great! We were able to see the Space Needle building from our window. The 67 restaurant has a fantastic view. The food was delicious! Making reservations is a must! The coffee shop has very good coffee and Chai tea. The only downside is that it closes early. We had a wonderful time in Seattle!...
