"This was our first experience at a Great Wolf Lodge. Our party consisted of a 68 yof, a 34 yom, and an 8 yom. It is a bit overwhelming when you first walk in, but the staff member was right there and helped us check in at the kiosk. She was polite and helpful. We took some time to look around and become familiar with the offerings. Again all the staff members were friendly and helpful."

"My fiance and I started coming to lucky eagle casino and hotel around November 2025. We have been really impressed with the front desk and they are the best! We have felt very welcomed and love our VIP rooms that get from gambling. The people in the casino are always willing to help for even just a silly question. I feel like Andrew is a security guard and I have bonded with him in a way that was absolutely amazing. I lost my son 8 years ago and it was in November. We were there around the date he passed. Security guard Andrew was someone that I was feeling like I knew him. Friendly and has great customer service. He showed me a game he likes so my fiance and I tried it out The thing that was absolutely like my son who passed was like with me. I was completly confused on how it happened. I went back the next day and Andrew was working. I talked to him to let him know What happened. I asked his name and I just really was overwhelmed with a feeling that I have not had for over 8 years. It was Andrew exactly like my son. I think I will adopt Andrew as my casino son! "

"Room was clean & super quiet. You should have a variety of teas in the hallway - not just green & black tea (ie: ginger, raspberry, chamomile, etc). Also, your non-dairy creer should be better quality (coconut creamer) rather than packets of chemicals, ugh! Read the creamer ingredients - all chemicals - that isnt food….."

"Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. We like that this is a family friendly resort as it is the nicest place to stay in our area for a relaxing stay-cation, making use of the indoor pool and hot tub. "
