"The facility was not very clean. The lobby had spills and sticky floors, only one elevator was working, the other was marked with masking tape indicating out of order. The WiFi was iffy at best, tv channels were fuzzy and indicated poor signal strength. Overall it was livable but not what I expected. "

"Wasn't expecting high-end furnishings but they shouldn't be dangerous to use. Broken chair, bathroom tiles, and ironing board were obvious and dangerous. The iron face was damaged and needed to be replaced before using. All of the electrical outlets were less accept one. The lamp wire was covered in electrical tape. Molded grout, dirty floors, and flaking popcorn ceiling over the stained tub were terrible. The tiny refrigerator sat on the floor with the rusted microwave directly sitting on top...

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked in around 4 PM and left by 6 PM because the room was absolutely disgusting. The entire room smelled terrible, the bathroom was filthy, and there was already used toilet paper left behind when I arrived. Clearly, the room was not cleaned properly before giving it to a guest. The room was also extremely small and nothing like what was expected or advertised. Paying customers should not have to walk into a dirty, foul-smelling...

"This is a basic but well kept and well functioning hotel with great value for downtown Seattle. Seattle is very expensive and this hotel offers what you need for a comfortable, well-serviced stay for less than the average downtown hotel. The property was clean, everything worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby offers free coffee in the later afternoon, and you get a free drink voucher to use during your stay for an alcoholic beverage if desired. "The room was pretty small, but clean and comfortable. Very good value. We enjoyed the rooftop patio quite a bit! Friendly, helpful staff and very good location for getting on a cruise through next day. We walked to the terminal. Would definitely stay again."
