The staff is very helpful. Dominic and Keegan are gems. The rooms are clean. The cafe is small but good. The cafe/bar staff are friendly and great at making guests feel welcome. Very convenient to access Virginia Mason hospital. There is an elevator that connects the two.

The Inn is worn, but very clean. We were able to trust the presurgery cleanliness so we weren’t bring anything with us into the hospital. Quiet, friendly.

We don't go on vaccination to stay in the hotel so this place was perfect. The Inn is close to everything we needed or wanted to do. The rooms are clean and the staff is great. We loved waking up and having a conviniet yummy breakfast with mimosas too!

The staff at the check-in desk was excellent young man. Very helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was too soft for us. we only got one had towel tho. It would have been nice to have two.

It’s an older property inside the city. Very nice neighborhood located close to multiple hospital locations. Rooms are updated. The bed is comfortable. Provide fans since there is no air conditioning option in the room.
