"Pretty basic but way too expensive. On expedia said came with dishes but cupboard was licked ans stated 20 francs or something. One of tbe lamps in the room was not working, bathroom is pretty small. Barely basic amenities. Wouldn’t really stay here again"
"Love the design of the rooms in this hotel, bathroom was gorgeous and had really nice toiletries - so no need to pack your own. It’s self check in, but that was easy. Very close to the station and in a nice area."

"Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with. "

"The hotel is very nice when you enter and the room was pleasant too. I liked the fact that we had a kettle in our room and the reception staff were happy to provide English Breakfast teabags for me to use in the room.
We also got a dressing gown and slippers which we were able to use to go down to the pool in. The pool and sundeck was an added bonus for our stay. It was nice to have a swim and then relax after a busy day out and about.
The location was easy to get to via tram from the station, just needed to take number 3. The stadium is only a couple of minutes walk which was also helpful. There was also a fridge in the room, which again was another bonus. We didn't have breakfast (as it was quite expensive) so can't comment on the restaurant facilities but apart from that, great hotel, great reception area to sit and nice comfortable beds. Quite, dark rooms, great!"
