Good value for Switzerland

Good location and value for money for an expensive city. Only 5 mins away from city centre by train. Breakfast is good and good value for Switzerland, other food offered later for lunch and dinner is overpriced and staff wasn't too friendly at the restaurant the night qe had dinner

This was a great place to stay with a toddler. Our room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. It was a short 10 minute walk to the subway/bus station. The breakfast was sufficient ( eggs, cold cuts, croissants, bread and cereal). We really loved the lattes and the staff. Would stay here again.

A clean and basic hotel outside Zurich city center. The rooms have NO A/C but they do provide a standing fan. However the fan does not provide enough cooling after spending a hot summer day in Zurich. It The major street in front of the hotel is under construction.

The hotel was overall fine. clean rooms and friendly staff. We included breakfast. However, the breakfast was definitely underwhelming. The options were very limited and didn't change day to day.

This hotel is outside of the city but the train transportation is across the street. The personal is very friendly. They offer parking for an additional fee.

We stayed here one night for a layover in Zurich before moving further east. We drove from Zurich airport and found the hotel very easily with plenty of parking around the back. The hotel is basic, but exactly what I would expect from a 3-star. There was no air conditioning but our room did have a fan which was fine. Our room faced onto the square, but had two sets of windows so blocked out all noise which was nice. Plenty of eating options around, and not far from the city centre by car. There was also a tram/bus stop right outside, but we didn't use it.

Comfortable and Helpful Staff

Comfortable enough for one night and good food in the brasserie next door. The lady on reception was incredibly helpful finding and allowing me to borrow a plug adapter overnight.

Good hotel but noise in the surrounding area

The hotel is very clean, the service excellent and the location very convenient with public transportation, shops and restaurants very close. The hotel also has its own restaurant with a terrasse. Unfortunately, there is no air condition in the rooms and the window cannot be kept opened at night due to the noise outside all night long: traffic, people talking and deliveries in the early morning.

This hotel was exactly as expected, however there is a very loud church bell that sounds at 7:00 and then every 15 minutes after. Not ideal if you’d like to sleep in at all.

Nice stay.

I was only there for a night - room was very clean. However, it was uncomfortably warm - I ended up leaving the window fully open all night. Also, the wi-fi doesn't reach the third floor, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was lovely - very nice having the option to sit outside. Tram stop right outside. All staff were helpful.

The hotel was pretty good in many aspects. But it didn't have A/C, and there was no proper/normal size window to open either. If we opened the window the street noise was terrible.

Small rooms, good location, ok for 1 night

Rooms are very small and have a claustrofobic feel. The location is convenient, near all public transport The breakfast is very good, but since there is no buffet and everything has to be ordered and prepared fresh, it takes a long time. There is not sufficient staff available to assist with breakfast preparation. Overall I would not stay here again

We had a problem with our room.smelling and it got worse. The staff asked us to run all the water in the bathroom (which was yellow) and that stopped the smell. They said our room hadn't been occupied in awhile. All good after that.

Worst hotel and no air condition

Stay away. Not worth the money. Rooms have tiny windows and no air condition Stay away and you can get cheaper rooms with a/c and bigger windows u can open and help you cool off I end up going and booking another room and lost my money for two nights

Walking into the bathroom has a slight step up, which is enough to cause a fall, but not clearly marked. This is an accident waiting to happen. I reported this to the front desk and was told that it was common. This is not a problem that she could solve.
