"We had a lovely few nights during our trip to Zurich. The staff at the front desk were really helpful, telling us about the Spring Parade that was taking place during the weekend and helping us sort the free bikes that the hotel offers so we could cycle round the lake. The hotel style is unique and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the aesthetic. The location is perfect with Enge station a 30 second walk from the hotel, although it’s definitely close enough to walk into the old town within 10 minutes! "

"Loved the option of a free drink -vs- having room cleaned to save water and the environment. Great idea!"

"The stay and the room is safe and comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough and well designed. The only problem is with the restroom/ washroom. The washroom door is very poorly designed. It opens inside and its very difficult to close the door when you are inside. The hotel needs to redesign the door to open to the outside for example, but other than that. The stay is okay for a day or two!"

"Room was little small for us couple with 2 kids but not bad. You get what you pay for. Very conveniently located from old town, 15 minutes tram ride away. Tram is actuly 2 minute walk. Great brakfast, nice pool, customer servicw great. Microwave not in the room but in the lobby. Play area for kids. Very nice environment. Will definitely recommend for family travel."
