"Loved the location of this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was cute and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."

"He had a long stay at Hotel, 10 days. The staff was consistently excellent. There is fresh fruit at the front counter and complementary waters. The morning breakfast is very nice. You can get a made to order omelette or eggs and there is a selection of bacon, sausage, pancakes, beans, cheeses, sweet cakes, and croissants, salmon and several other options. Guests at this hotel have access to a very nice gym right across the street which is a better option than the typical Hotel gym that always is suboptimal in size and selection. The gym is a local wellness club with full gym equipment and even an outdoor fitness area. The front desk staff was consistently helpful and kind. A special recognition for the morning breakfast cooks who make the omelettes they are very sweet. The pillow menu was wonderful, the housekeeping was friendly in the room looked great every day. The location is excellent and only a very short walk to the train station, the area is quiet and allowed for restful sleep. The rooms feature blackout shades that made sleeping easy"

"The hotel was nice and clean. Located on a cobblestone side street. Breakfast was included. Location was great. No AC but ceiling fan worked well. Cafe on ground floor. When we arrived the front desk person named Alejandro made us feel at home and answered all our questions. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. On a side note Zürich is very expensive for everything and even tap water is charged at cafes and restaurants. There are water fountains everywhere with potable drinking water. We swam in lake Zurich and went to Lindt chocolate factory. Oden Cafe was great with super service."
