"Perfect location - 3 minutes walk to Zurich HB train station which is super easy access to airport and right by Bahnofstrasse, very walkable to all the museums, shops and opera.
Spotless clean room. Very comfy and spacious.
Helpful staff though they were not always present at the desk in case of questions. The waiters at their Palette restaurant seem to provide backup coverage, works for me."
