"The hotel was very nice. But the booking is such a headache to process. We booked though Travelocity, and due to the hotel’s no free cancellation policy, we had to pay the cost ahead, which is fine. But when we checked in the hotel, we were told that we had to pay again. By the time we checked out, there was no power and WiFi, can’t use the same credit card as the one we paid with before. "Booked a balcony king room for four days. Arrived at the hotel and was looked at like I'm an alien. They first said there were no rooms, then they told me I didn't have a reservation. I showed the confirmation email and then they claimed that I had cancelled the reservation and booked it out to somebody else. Needless to say I was not pleased."
