"A beautiful hotel located near Spanish Steps. There is the main hotel near the top of the steps and an annex near the bottom of the steps. The annex has the elevator but the main does not. The Annex has no breakfast but the main does. So you need to be able to walk to the top of the steps to take advantage of the breakfast in the garden terrace. We were in the annex and the location was unrivaled for us. Room was more than perfect with balcony overlooking Piazza Di Spagna and Magninelli Square....
