We booked a Junior suite and the room was lovely and spacious. The staff at check in, check out, at the concierge desk, helping with luggage, turn down service were superb. Things I would suggest improving on are minor. The executive lounge needs more variety of the refreshment and snack options on offer. I feel the breakfast service needs to be more consistent, on the 1st morning we weren't made aware of the cooked to order options available. On our 2nd morning the breakfast service was fantadtic cooked breakfadt with 3 sausages. On our 3rd morning standards dipped, running out of english breakfast tea, 2 sausages as part of the cooked option. I aslo feel the breakfast options could have more variety, its a huge hotel and so pastry and hot options should be more varied. Our stay for 3 niggts was pleasant though and the room very peaceful. The metro is right outside the hotel and you can walk to sites like the Trevi fountain if you want to.
