"Firstly, if you read that this hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, don’t believe it (like I did before I booked based on it). There is no shuttle and this is false advertising. Secondly, if you write to them via Expedía, other than them telling you there is no shuttle, you won’t get any response to questions about taxis or any other forms of transport to get there. "Wake up to a magnificent view of Mt Kinabalu just infront of our unit. They could improve on the water system. The unit we stayed has no hot water and the pressure was very low. I was freezing cold after a cold shower. Other than that we loved the place and enjoyed our stay. "

"The room was spacious but the furniture was old. The ironing board in the room was broken. There were no bath towel and floor mat. I had to ask twice. The 2 pieces of bath towels were old and worn out as well. Overall, I had a decent stay. "
