"Comfortable rooms, with great views! Lovely breakfast buffet. Serene and beautiful. Hotel really needs an upgrade, quite dated. Room had a smaller TV. We had an empty beer bottle in the common area near the lift area on level 21 for over 24 hrs. Asked staff a few times shortest distance to KLCC and each time it was a different route 1) take the street route which is a 15min walk in the Malaysian heat 2) go through the outdoor car park which was shorter and finally 3) a beautiful cool mostly...

"I stayed in the IHG hotel in Sanya, China many years ago. I had a great experience there. I booked IHG Kuala Lumpur hoping for the same. However, I was a bit disappointed. The hotel design was quite outdated. The room was wet with high humidity. The bedding felt wet, the paper felt soft and wet. The large bathroom had a small shower, the vanity was old and had stains and broken decor. The lighting was inadequate. I hope an interior overhaul is underway. "
