"Clean room"

"Tasia, Sofia, Evelyn were super helpful and arranged a very quiet room for me. Their customer service is top notch compared to other hotels in Vegas. I extended my stay further at the Ahern. "

"The kitchen knife was ridiculously dull, and I was told it couldn't be replaced. It couldn't even open a package. Loud parties on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night until past midnight coming from the reception area were a bit annoying. Several bugs were found in the 3-bedroom unit, some dead, some alive."

"Terrible experience, I got the room with leakage in the washroom from ceiling and the room is fully flooded. I had to struggle for around 3 hrs at midnight to get another room. Very bad experience over all. Even the other room I was allocated smells very bad and the carpet is not maintained at all."

"bed was sooooo uncomfortable. there were 4 people staying in my room and I wasn't able to use the wifi because there were "too many devices in one room" :( also the tv didn't work how do i fall asleep in a hotel without impractical jokers playing. and the smoke alarm went off twice because it "detects particles not smoke" so getting ready sets it off."

"Breakfast was included and a variety of options were offered. We were there for the BTS concert and the pop-up store in the hotel was definitely a plus. Perfect place to stay if you're going to an Allegiant Stadium event."
