"It's time for a refresh throughout the hotel and, most importantly, the rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. The event we were in town for was hosted on the property, so we stayed for convenience."

"3 nights and only saw housekeeping once and that was only half a job. The pool is great! The gym is great! Excaliber is always my go-to. Just disappointed in housekeeping."

"Vibe is nice, wasn’t overly crazy like some other areas/hotels in Vegas. The main floor is beautiful and lots of “hidden” gems there! They didn’t have the room we booked available, and even though we had VIP access, I would say our “upgrade” was more a side step than a step up. Our room was decent, but there were toenail clippings near the bed which was sort of gross. Overall it’s a nice place. I wouldn’t say I’d never stay here again, but we didn’t really feel like a valued guest from front desk staff and would probably explore other hotels in the future."
