"The resort was nice and had multiple pools. It was nice that you can visit the other resorts. Now the bad about the resort. You can't eat by the pool. If you are staying in the oaxaca building , the last section. It's a long walk to the lobby and buffets. Sometimes my wife called the front desk and the people there would answer the rudely. "

"This was my first time staying at the Mahekal Resort and I was very impressed by the accommodations. Everything was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. There was no request that was impossible for them and it was all done with a smile. They treated me and my friends as if we were royalty. They were also helpful and informative with regards to questions we had about shopping, transportations or tours. My time at the Mahekal resort was fantastic!"
