"This hotel has it all - close to train and metro, shops and dining options are plentiful, everything is walkable. The front desk staff is the TOPS. We were always greeted with a smile, they helped with questions regarding the area, the trains, and dining. The hotel was clean. "This hotel is fine. Very quiet. Self-serve check-in and bar. They can deliver you a "breakfast in a bag" but no restaurant. So, you hardly see anyone who works there. "The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, allowing us to see two rooms before deciding which room was best suited to my son's accessibility needs as he uses a wheelchair. If you are looking for an accessible room, the deluxe room has an accessible bathroom. The breakfast offered such a huge choice of options suiting every taste and everything was delicious and fresh. The hotel and room were spotless and there were lovely touches such as the chocolate on the pillow each night. The most outstanding aspect of the hotel was deifinitely the friendly and professional staff team. "
