"Comfortable stay. Excellent stay. Unexplained problem at the front door irritating and prevents a five star. I don't consider 'technical problem' to be either a sufficient or helpful explanation."

"Lovely hotel, rooms and staff. Only one issue. AC worked well, but heat not working at all. No actual control for temp, just a button for AC and button for low or high heat, so you couldn’t control the temp."

"No towels… must rent them. No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. Bed is not made must make it yourself. Dead bugs on floor. Hallway area was run down and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We paid extra for an ocean view room and did have a great view and overall felt relatively safe. "

"Checkin experience was good. Breakfast experience was good. Unfortunately I was woken at 4 AM by the alarm on my door lock. It was incessant and didn’t stop until the battery died. Nobody was around to assist. I complained on checkout but no member off management team has reached out since."
