"The temperature control on the shower is not functioning. It continues to get too hot. There is no noise, control or soundproofing. There was extreme noise late at night and early in the morning that prevented a good night sleep. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent. The signal is so poor. It can’t even pull up the news. "

"Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly man who gave us a discount card to use at attractions around Bruges. The room was 32 and on the 3rd floor. Very clean, good space and new bathroom. Nice touch that the toilet was separate. Comfy bed! The ladies at breakfast were so accommodating and friendly, we felt like we were being looked after so well. I have coeliac disease and they made sure I had 2 yummy gf rolls and pastries each morning. We had ham, cheeses, fruits, yogurts and were offered...
