"No towels… must rent them. No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. Bed is not made must make it yourself. Dead bugs on floor. Hallway area was run down and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We paid extra for an ocean view room and did have a great view and overall felt relatively safe. "

"The guy who was working reception was so friendly and helpful .. 10/10 for customer services and the view from the room was stunning .. I will be making a point of staying there again . Can’t recommend it high enough and once again the guy working was a credit to the company ."

"I was completely disappointed. I booked a room in a hotel and was "upgraded" to an apartment. That ment no service, there was no hairdryer or a water kettle. The hotel was supposed to have a pool etc. The front desk was closed so I had to check in and go for breakfast to a different hotel. The free parking apparently does not exist so I had to park (and pay) quite far away at a square and the staff in the other hotel could not do anything as they only give out the room key. If I wanted to stay...

"Hotel is well.situated near the beach! I was not happy there was no boiling kettle in the room to make your own tea!!"
