"I stayed traveling back from the south of France on a mother-daughter trip because of its proximity to the Gare de Lyon train station. I was leary because one of the previous reviews said it had bedbugs and gave it a 2. We called before booking to see if this was true and the employee who said she had worked there for 2 years said no.not ever. The location can mean its a bit rough during the evening, but there is security present and you can exit straight onto the Metro from the entrance. We ate in the restaurant Neni on arrival, the food was excellent. All in all the hotel is quiet, the staff friendly and we'd definitely stay again"
