Puget Sound Pet-friendly Holidays

This was our first time at the Sorrento and we’ll definitely be returning. Our room was cozy and spotless, the service was great, and lunch at Stella’s was so good we ate there everyday.

Hotel was beautiful, clean, great location. Check-in staff was not the friendliest or informative, just going through the motions. The Lobby offered holiday popup experience we found out about after the fact. Valet parking only available that runs expensive but not out of the norm for Seattle. Would stay again for the location alone.

Very clean room! Staff was excellent and helpful!

Staff very welcoming and accommodating, room was clean and spacious.

Only issue was the sound transmission between rooms, loud guests in the room next to me keep me up most of the night.
