"This is not a full service hotel. The water view from the room was wonderful. That’s where it ends.
The parking “on site” is not owned by the hotel and if it’s full you’re on your own to find parking elsewhere! (The will refund your parking fee for that day).
There is no one to help with luggage and it is a challenge getting luggage in and checking in if you drive your car to this hotel.
The restaurant leaves much to be desired. Wait staff is slow and seem to not care if you’re there or not…...
"Unfortunately, my experience at this Hilton property was absolutely unacceptable. The hotel and room felt extremely old, dirty, and poorly maintained. As soon as I entered the room, I could smell a combination of cigarette smoke, mustiness, and what seemed like mold. The overall cleanliness was far below what I would ever expect from a Hilton property.
I tried to stay, but after about two hours in the room, I simply could not get comfortable enough to spend the night or even shower there....
