"Many thanks to Frederico and staff for a wonderful stay at Casa Villa Gardenia! Everyone was so helpful with directions and recommendations. There is a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices and lovely pizzeria where we went for a lovely dinner. The breakfast served was very substantial. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Great area, close to train to Venice. Would stay there again!"

"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. "We really enjoyed the apartment and the balconies over looking the square are PERFECT! extremely easy to get to the water taxi and other great areas. This was perfect for the entire family. The kitchen area was great with lots of glasses and plates. The did need a wine opener :) but have a feeling that will be corrected ASAP. The only hiccup we had is we didn't get the email to pay the tourist taxes in advance. That was 100% my fault for not checking in earlier and I didn't have good wifi...
