The staff were lovely and were able to accommodate giving us a lower-level room, which was so helpful (especially when pregnant in a heatwave!). "The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. However, the staff were not particularly friendly. The reception staff seemed uninterested, and the service at breakfast was also quite unfriendly.
