"This was the perfect room for us...for as much as we needed a room during our time in NYC. We basically just used it for sleeping and showering, along with occasional bathroom breaks. It was pretty basic, but very clean and we were happy with the staff. They also stored our bags after checkout and before we had to leave for the airport. It was a very handy feature and saved us from having to pay for the service elsewhere. I will definitely look at booking a room there again for my future trips to NYC."

"Staff is absolutely amazing! We got to the hotel at 9am when check in isn’t until 4pm. The amazing staff upgraded us for a small free to the most amazing terrace room, we ending up paying the upgrade fee for the entire stay because it was so nice. The staff from valet, door attendants, cafe and restaurant to elevator assistants are all so nice and helpful. I truly hope Hilton is taking care of them and paying them a good wage because they deserve it! The hotel is very safe, clean, and housekeeping does an amazing job. Will be staying again."
