"The ceilings were damaged and leaking. There was an over whelming smell of mold down stairs. The pool was over crowded with people who DID NOT STAY THERE! They were walking straight from their cars to and from the pool. They were so loud morning, day and night. The kids were so rowdy they were shooting us from across the room with water guns. Staff knew because you could hear them from the lobby! The breakfast cafe was closed for no reason and yes this was during the hours they were supposed to...

"Inexperienced staff took 40 minutes to check me in and charged a really high security deposit of $560 for two nights which made me real nervous. Dirty wash cloth left in shower from previous guest. Pool was broken and so was the waffle maker."

"Definitley a budget hotel! Room smelled like mold and our nose ran the entire time we were in the room. Stepped outside of side door and was approached if I knew where he could purchase drugs. Door room key card wouldn't work 2nd day, had to get front desk to make them active again. I would not stay here again!"

"Terrible conditions and very dangerous looking"

"First room that was given to me the tub was filthy, the bed had hair in it when I pulled the covers back, the room smelled musty and smoke detector was covered with a bag. The Second room was a little better. The bathroom was cleaner the smoke detector wasn't covered the room smelled much better, but the walls and door could have used a few coats of paint and updated furniture. Let's just say I won't be going back. I will spend more money next time."

"I recently stayed a week at the Home2 Suites on Corporate in Baton Rouge for my son's graduation. I can honestly say the staff were very nice and helpful. I did not have the breakfast, but it looked good. The kitchen in the room was great for reheating leftovers. The only concern was the bed. The mattress and pillows need to be replaced. The mattress was worn and the pillows had a dingy smell. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Baton Rouge."
