"Our stay here was nice the only downside was room 224, the toilet did not flush and the patio would not lock. We were moved to 221 and the fan in the bathroom stayed on all night despite numerous efforts. We would not stay here again"

"This is not a narrative in the hotel, rather, Expedia. Expedia lists it as a top family friendly resort for families, however, the pool is 21+ and there are no amenities for children. We had 5 children quite disappointed. Beautiful hotel for a quick stay on the road, but Expedia don’t put on your list of top family friendly hotels, as it’s not."

"My first room had a small blood drop on the comforter and the AC was extremely loud and banging, so they moved me downstairs to a new room which was good except it was directly at the lobby and entrance door / elevator which was constantly slamming shut and you could hear every single person that came by as if there were no door. "I need refund. When I checked in it was 11 PM. The bed , bathroom was not clean. bed wasn't even made. towels were every where. So the room was totally untouched. I talked to the front desk, she mentioned that there are no cleaners at this time and she didn't provide me another option. I asked for a refund she mentioned it should be requested through expedia."

"The staff was very supportive in assisting me with a late checkout for a medical need. However we didn’t require a late checkout! The property is very outdated, but it was clean, easy to navigate & the entire staff was friendly & accommodating. The property is in a great location & accessible to most of your travel needs. If I had one complaint it would be the “yapping” dog a few rooms down from us!"
