"We checked in expecting to be able to play our devices on the smart tv in the room. This was listed in the amenities section. It turned out the TV was not compatible and not connected to the internet. It wasn’t the one listed as an amenity. The ice machines were not working and not on every floor and only one elevator was operating. My wife is used to high standards at a Hyatt and was sorely disappointed with this location. It’s a tired old hotel. "

"The guy that checked me in the night I arrived at the hotel was pleasant and professional. The young lady that checked me out the morning of 03/15/2026 has a very bad attitude to be working in customer service and assisting at your front desk counter. She was unable or unwilling to provide me with a receipt for my stay. She looked up the reservation and said since it was booked with Expedia get your receipt from them. I'm guessing this was the same associate I had an interaction with over the phone when calling to inquire about check-in times. I asked how long my room would be held since my travel was late and I would not be arriving by or before 3:00pm. Her response to me was harsh and very professional just to say rooms are held until 2:00 am before cancellation. The two mornings of my stay there was no breakfast available. Room service was not provided Saturday morning and when I returned to the room after my day out the room was as I left it and I had to go to front office for clean towels and bath soap. I have stayed at several hotels in the area when visiting my relatives and this was the worst of the worst as far as staff and property. "

"AWFUL. We couldn’t even stay! The room was not clean, there was substances all over bedding and pillows. The floor was disgusting. We wasted our money and had to find a different hotel to stay at. We couldn’t even get our money back! "

"Room was good and clean Lobby couches had stains: not sure about chairs and carpet. Breakfast wasn’t great, and they didn’t restock very well and it got messy and the staff just stood around. After a while 2 of them started cleaning but did not do a great job and didn’t get everything, and they did not restock. Lobby staff needs help When I checked in waited some time no was at the front desk. I went to the manger office in back knocked on door no one. So I called see if anyone would come up after couple of mins a lady did come up to the desk. Need at lease on weekends someone at desk all the time and someone who can run to guest at there rooms for different things. This lady seem like she was doing both..general managers needs to see that. Had a man I told him I was checking out; then after I told them he said something to me and then started talking to another staff person while “ he was helping me” then points his finger at me said hold on.
