"The property was super charming, loved that it had some character to it but still felt modern in lots of ways. It’s super hard to find both. It feels like you’re sleeping over in a mansion from the 1800’s and it’s a super cool vibe. The owners were super kind, they upgraded our room, helped us navigate our reservations and our time around. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend it!"

"Older motel, right in old town Philadelphia. Restaurant and bar attached to hotel was definitely worth a five-star review. Food was delicious and the wine selection was fantastic. This is an older hotel, so don't except all the bells and whistles on a newer more modern hotel. Nonetheless our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was DeVine."

"Loved the location overlooking the Delaware river and the Philly skyline. It was within walking distance to te concert venue. The front desk staff, in fact all the staff, were friendly and helpful. Best of all, our dog was welcome, and their restaurant even had outdoor seating on the waterfront that was dog-friendly."

"This is a top-of-the-line hotel, and deserves its reputation as the best place on Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. We stayed in a superior king room overlooking the park, and never want to stay elsewhere again on our frequent trips to the city! A luxuriously large, well-equipped room with a very comfortable mattress, great views of the park, unusually comfortable chairs. The staff is quick to answer questions if you have them. "We were fortunate to get 1 of 2 parking spaces by the front door, not sure where others park. Full kitchen was very nice. AC worked well. Quiet and homey feel. As for location, only blocks from downtown, but on the walk there are sleeping homeless. Streets are kept clean, though."
