Hotel Dekat Spellbound Studio

"The hotel was charming in a great location. The staff was more than helpful. While the hotel itself was built in the 18th century, the room itself was modern and comfortable."

"First things first, I was very impressed and relieved by the cleanliness of the room. The architecture of the room was lovely with the brick walls, a fireplace, and a tiny balcony. I was able to leave the door to the balcony open and get fresh air in my room first thing in the morning. It was so nice. The complimentary blueberry muffin that they had in the lobby in the morning was delicious and moist."

"It was very dark in the hotel. Room layout was unusual with shower window to the rest of the room and door to the toilet was not floor to ceiling and not sound proof at all. Fine for a married couple but not ideal if I were traveling with someone else. Bar area/lounge was very cool. Staff were very good."

"I am extremely disappointed with how my son and I were treated during our stay at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia. What should have been an enjoyable father-and-son trip ended with us being accused of smoking, threatened with a $500 cleaning fee, and banned from the property. I was taking a hot shower while my son was asleep when the hotel’s smoking detection system reportedly registered an alert. Neither of us had smoked in the room. Despite explaining this to staff, we were told that their...

"Excellent staff, perfect hospitality and definitely love the hotel’s condition - coming here for years, but always feels fresh and new."

"I called for an early check, but when I reach there at 2:19pm. I was told that Rume is not available and they asked me to pay 30$ for early check-in. Small lotion, small bar soap, small shampoo, broken TV, broken toilet seat. Never again"

"The environment was serene. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and has arguable the best bathroom shower (no mold, no discolored tiles) I have seen - and I do stay in five-star resorts/hotels all the time. They have the most polite staff. The classical music played overhead at the lobby is very soothing."

"Everything was good."

"The Notary Hotel couldn't have been better spot for my short travel to Philadelphia for a work conference. Centered in downtown, it boasts a very cool vibe and has a great restaurant with available in-room dining. The fitness center is well stocked, clean, and a great space for working out. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The management demonstrates how incompetent and unprofessional are. There is no supervision. They mishandled our belongings and could not find it. They brought to me the belongings of other guests and I returnee that to them. Finally, after too much time and effort wasted, they found out belongings. This is the worst W Hotel I have stayed. Also this Hotel seems to be abandoned. Not even the system was working so I the checkout process could not be made when I left the hotel. Total chaos, but...

"I’m hoping that mine was an isolated incident. I was offered an upgrade to a rooftop room for a fee prior to arriving, which I accepted. Upon arriving at check in time, I was told the room (and other rooms) were not ready to be occupied. When I returned an hour and a half later, my reservation was processed and I proceeded to the room. The room was on the 15th floor and was not a rooftop unit. For the sake of timing, I just accepted the room. The key cards (for many in the hotel) deprogrammed...

"Great stay"
