"Perfect location for Philly Love run! Next to the ‘Rocky stairs’ & close to Whole Foods. Clean room, view of intersection and park across the way. Comfortable bed. Great little kitchen area with coffee, kettle & French press. Robe & slippers were a nice touch. "

"The check in procedure was arduous; when I pulled into the garage I had to beep to get an attendant's attention, so I could get my ticket. There was an empty luggage cart there so I was able to have the (wonderful!!!) bellhop Allen bring everything upstairs for me. There was construction going on in the lobby so I had to do some prospecting to find the mezzanine level and get checked in. "The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel posted a notice that an emergency fire alarm would be going off at 10am. We were awoken by this alarm at 7:30 am and it went off intermittently for the next 2 hours. This is not the fault of staff but of a hotel that takes its guests for granted. "

"We had a 7th floor room with a balcony with a view of Logan square. It was wonderful. The rooms were clean and updated. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, right by the museums but with easy access to the rest of the city. Walkable from city hall. "

"Room was clean, staff at front desk (Juliet) was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and the restaurant on site was terrific. A unique menu, wonderful staff. Parking though we had to walk in wind and rain was convenient enough."
