I would love to leave a great review, but there was a couple things that were just too disappointing . Most of the time the staff did not answer their phone. I was having surgery so I really needed room service, but I couldn’t even get coffee delivered when I asked for it. After my second day, I noticed there was a manager that showed up and things started to improve, but on my last day, I asked for a wake up call and when they forgot to call me, I decided that it was time to leave an honest review. I would not say my experience was bad because the beds were comfortable and the people I interacted with were very nice when I could find them. I like the location because it seemed pretty safe and I was able to walk by myself to surrounding restaurants, but since I have never been to a hotel where I could not get room service when I needed it and nine out of 10 times I called the front desk they did not answer it was pretty frustrating . I’m glad I did not trust them to give me the wake up call or I would’ve missed my doctors appointment. Lucky my phone worked and everything was OK but I can’t really recommend this hotel but it wasn’t terrible either.

The hotel was reasonably priced however there were some issues with the room and the staff. I had called the front desk 4 times and they never answered.
